Returns & Exchange Policy
At Habib Tawakkal, we stand behind every order we send out. This policy exists to make the process fair, clear, and straightforward for both sides.
Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all orders, starting from the date of delivery. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Mandatory Requirement: Parcel Opening Video
A clear, uninterrupted video of the parcel being opened must be recorded at the time of delivery. This is required for all return and exchange claims without exception. Claims submitted without a parcel opening video will not be processed. This protects you against delivery-related damage and protects us against false claims.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following must be met:
- Parcel opening video must be provided
- Product must be unused, uncut, and unaltered
- All fabric pieces must be intact
- Original packaging must be included
- Request must be raised within 14 days of delivery
How to Raise a Claim
Send your parcel opening video along with your order number and reason for return to our WhatsApp at 0310-2788788. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
Refunds & Exchange
- Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and verified
- COD orders: Eligible for exchange only, cash refunds are not available on COD orders. Incase of refunds in COD orders, customer must provide bank account or easy paisa details
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the wrong or defective item was delivered, return shipping will be covered by Habib Tawakkal.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been stitched, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional period
Order Refusal
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refused at delivery. All dispatched orders must be received. If there is an issue upon receiving, our return policy applies. Repeated refusals of delivered orders will result in suspension from future purchases.
